| この研削盤は従来の研削盤の砥石のかわりに研削ベルトを使用したコンベアータイプの平面ベルト研削盤です。本機は時間当りの研削量が極めて大きいこと、研削精度が良いこと、操作性の容易なこと等がその特長です。鋼や鋳鉄など磁性材料の加工にはコンベアー下の強力電磁プラテンが、また黄銅、アルミ、プラスチックなどの非磁性体には品物押えロールが補助的な保持力を発揮して、品物が自動送りされます。 CGS-150型、200型、300型はそれぞれベルト巾を意味しますが、ベルト巾が大きくなるに従って飛躍的にベルト巾単位当りの動力を大きくし、研削能力を強化すると同時に周長を大きくしてベルト寿命の延長を企りました。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Instead of conventional grinding abrasives, the CGS Series surface grinders apply resin belts to show much rigidity in heavy-duty grinding operations. The series feature high accuracy, easy operation as well as great performance perhour. When machining magnetic materials like steel or cast iron,a strengthened magnetic platen under the conveyor suppors to automatically feed workpieces, while a work positioning roll additionally do when machining non-magnetic materials such as brass, aluminum, plastics. Three models are available in this series; CGS-150, CGS-200, CGS-300, each shows the machine's belt width.
